This is the first run of silencers by KBLD Arms. The goal is to provide silencers of high quality at an affordable cost by effective use of material in reduced baffle overlap. This design is made entirely of 6AL-4V titanium with a 17-4 Stainless Steel blast chamber baffle for wear resistance.

OPERATION AND WARNINGS

This silencer has not been rated for high schedule fire, keeping the can less than 800F is required, but it’s recommended to keep it less than 500F, this will ensure the long life of your can. Do not attempt to remove the silencer while it is still hot, it heats up faster than you might think, give it several minutes to cool after use.

Do not use calibers greater than .308”, the baffle and end cap diameters are not suitable for larger sizes. Similar metric size would be 7.62mm. Do not use lead or frangible ammunition, it may flake or expand after leaving the barrel and damage the baffles.

This silencer is serviceable, but is tightly secured. Generally there would be no internal maintenance required, improper disassembly may lead to parts becoming out of concentricity. The result would be catastrophic failure of internal components or even the entire can itself. Destruction of the can may also lead to sever injury or death to the shooter or nearby people. All components of a silencer are NFA items, whether they’re serialized or not, so replacement parts cannot be shipped to the end user. Contact KBLD Arms via email for service instructions.
